Matt Martin has been building and designing homes, commercial and industrial premises on the Central Coast and Newcastle for the past 20 years. He is a member of the Housing Industry Association and was awarded Custom Built Home of the Year for the Bundara property he designed and built.

Along with his experience in the building and construction industry he offers unique insight into the needs and desires of his clients, often understanding what they are dreaming of beyond what they can describe. Matt seeks to uncover what his clients really want and offers creative ideas for when they need direction in taking the next step in their project.

He believes taking the time to listen to his clients, even if it means altering a current course of action, is more important than forging ahead without that communication for the sake of a personal time-frame.

He is personally passionate about delivering outcomes that satisfy. Matt wants to see each project completed in the most cost effective way without compromising on an exceptional quality of workmanship. No one will work harder to meet their client’s expectations.
