Regardless of the size of a project, the process is similar and we treat each project as important as our client’s do.


• The Initial Meeting

After contacting us, an initial meeting is arranged to discuss the client’s vision and review architectural plans. Considerations will be given to desired budget outcomes, expectations regarding fixtures and fittings and council and engineering documentation required.

No architectural plans? Matt can discuss and expand on client’s concepts before they’ve even put anything down on paper. His flair for design and attention to detail consistently exceed client expectations. A few conceptual options will be drawn for the client to choose from and the official plans submitted to council for a DA. Product selection sheets will be given for the client to complete and a carefully considered tender provided for their review and response.

• During Construction

Once construction begins, Matt makes it a priority to meet on site with clients fortnightly to ensure their satisfaction of the developing project all the way through to completion. These meetings consist of reviewing any required changes, discussing detailing or product selection queries, providing weekly site activity forecasts and completion dates.
